A dual switches high step‐up DC–DC converter with low voltage stresses across switches

چکیده

A dual switches high step-up DC–DC converter with coupled inductor (CI) and voltage multiplier cell (VMC) is proposed in this paper. The gate pulses of the are synchronized each other. During ON state switches, CIs charged parallel through input power source during OFF they discharged to output series. energy leakage inductances recycled by passive clamp circuit. circuit for one metaloxidesemiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFETs) integrated VMC. In such a case, participates gain extension which facilitates utilization lower number components, as well. Meanwhile, MOSFETs diodes turned zero current switching (ZCS) performance reduces losses. Through concept implementation CI VMC, advantages gain, low stresses across distributed between achieved. steady-state analysis provided followed comparison some published converters. Finally, 300 W 25V 400 V laboratory prototype fabricated tested verify performances.
